This recipe make about 12-16 patties.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked Teff Grain
- 1/2 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp. Red Peppers, diced
- 1 tbsp. Green Peppers, diced
- 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
- 2 tsp. Ground Sage
- 1 tsp. Fennel Powder
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1/2 tsp. Dill
- 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- Grape Seed Oil
- Mixing Bowl

Directions
- On a medium-high heat, saute onions and peppers in about 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Adding in the chickpea flour last, combine remaining ingredients and sauteed vegetables in a large bowl and mix well.
- On a medium heat, add 1-2 tablespoons of grape seed oil to a skillet.
- Form teff mixture into patties and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until crispy.
