1 large bunch callaloo
1 large bunch arugula
1 pear
1 cup cucumber
1/4 honey dew
6 dates
1 thumb ginger
2 cups spring or coconut water
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon sea moss gel

Green Smoothie #3
1 large bunch dandelion greens
1 handful watercress
1/2 cup blueberries
3 baby bananas
6 dates
1 thumb ginger
2 cups spring or coconut water
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon burdock root powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend for two minutes or until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed into a thick drink.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
- Store in a glass container and refrigerate. Use within three days.
