Ingredients
- 1 cup Brazil nuts, soaked (3 hours)
- 3 cups spring water
- 6 – 8 pitted dates or
- 3 – 4 tablespoons agave
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional & approved in small quantities)
- Blender
- Milk bag or cheese cloth
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender on high speed for 45 – 60 seconds.
2. Strain through milk bag or cheese cloth.
3. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 – 4 days.
Note: Great to cook & bake with!
