Ingredients
Candied Walnuts:
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped/sliced/whole)
- 1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Homemade Strawberry Salad Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons shallots
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil (olive or avocado oils optional)
- 2 teaspoons raw agave nectar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 ginger
- 1/4 dill
- 1/4 sea salt
Directions
Walnuts:
- Coat walnuts with agave & sea salt
- Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 8 – 10 minutes*
- Cool and enjoy as a snack or on salads!
Dressing:
- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl or cup
- Blend for 30 seconds
- Enjoy!
* For a completely raw meal option, skip the candied walnuts and just add the raw walnuts directly to salad.
