Yields 4 cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups spring water
- 1 thumb of fresh organic ginger root
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh organic dill weed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch of cayenne
- raw agave (optional to taste)
Directions:
- Bring 4 cups of spring water to a boil.
- Peel & chop ginger root (peeling is optional, if not rinse well).
- Add ginger root to boiling water along with dill weed, allowing it to boil for 5 minutes.
- Strain tea into a glass jar or bowl.
- Add lime juice and stir.
- Add cayenne and raw agave to taste.
- Serve hot or cold.
