Ingredients
- 1 cup Cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 cup Spring Water
- 1 tbsp. Key Lime Juice*
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Coriander
- 1 tbsp fresh Dill or 1 tsp. dried Dill
- 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
- Crinkle Cutting Tool (optional)
*Lime juice can be used, but key limes are preferred for a closer flavor to pickles.
Directions
- Chop ends off cucumber, then use crinkle tool to make slices.
- Crush the coriander with a pestle, then add cucumber slices and ingredients to a jar and shake.
- Store for 6-8 hours, shaking ever 1-2 hours. This lasts in the refrigerator for about a week
- Add to a Mushroom or Chickpea Burger and enjoy!
