Alkaline Electric Black Sapote “Chocolate” Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 cup black sapote fruit (2-3 based on size)
• 1/2 cup soaked Brazil nuts
• 1/2 cup spring water
• 1/4 cup raw agave
• 1 tablespoon hempseeds

Directions

1. cut 2-3 ripe black sapote fruits in half, lengthwise
2. remove seeds and collect 1 cup of fruit
3. add all ingredients to mixer and blend until smooth
4. serve Alkaline Electric Black Sapote Pudding with my Alkaline Electric Whipped Cream
5. store in refrigerator

The black sapote fruit is called the “chocolate pudding” fruit.  Try it and see if you agree!
