Mango Papaya Seed Dressing (1 of 3)
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of dressing.
Ingredients
Measurements:
- 1 cup Mango, chopped
- 1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil
- 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Ground Papaya Seed (Video Link Below)
- 1 tsp. Agave
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Blend together all ingredients in blender for about 1 minute, then it is ready to serve.
Note: The dressing lasts for about 2 days in the refrigerator. The dressing can also be seasoned to your liking.
Red Ginger Dressing (2 of 3)
Ingredients
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of dressing.

- 2 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp. Onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. Agave
- 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Ginger, minced
Directions:
- Blend together all ingredients in blender for about 1 minute, then it is ready to serve.
Note: The dressing lasts for about 2 days in the refrigerator. Keep in mind fresh ginger has a stronger taste than dried ginger. The dressing can also be seasoned to your liking.
Cucumber Dill Dressing (3 of 3)
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of dressing.

- 1/4 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 2 tsp. Agave
- 1 tsp. fresh Dill
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
Directions:
- Blend together all ingredients in blender for about 1 minute, then it is ready to serve.
