Alkaline Electric Salad Dressings

What You Will Need:

Mango Papaya Seed Dressing (1 of 3)

This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of dressing.

Ingredients

Measurements:

  • 1 cup Mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Ground Papaya Seed (Video Link Below)
  • 1 tsp. Agave
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Blend together all ingredients in blender for about 1 minute, then it is ready to serve.

Note: The dressing lasts for about 2 days in the refrigerator. The dressing can also be seasoned to your liking.

Red Ginger Dressing (2 of 3)

Ingredients

This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of dressing.

Measurements:

  • 2 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Agave
  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Ginger, minced

Directions:

  1. Blend together all ingredients in blender for about 1 minute, then it is ready to serve.

Note: The dressing lasts for about 2 days in the refrigerator. Keep in mind fresh ginger has a stronger taste than dried ginger. The dressing can also be seasoned to your liking.

Cucumber Dill Dressing (3 of 3)

This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of dressing.

Ingredients

Measurements:

  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp. Agave
  • 1 tsp. fresh Dill
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder

Directions:

  1. Blend together all ingredients in blender for about 1 minute, then it is ready to serve.

Note: The dressing lasts for about 2 days in the refrigerator. Keep in mind fresh dill has a stronger taste than dried dill. The dressing can also be seasoned to your liking.
